She helps businesses grow and change, allowing business leaders to get on with their day job while she stays passionate about attention to detail, using her understanding of the bigger picture to transform organisations.
Jeanine has a proven track record of delivering high impact projects. She worked with companies ranging from multi-national corporations to start ups. For example, she saved Thomson Reuters $10 million by renegotiating technology budgets with 25 different stakeholders in 10 countries. She radically changed the way Reuters America was running an automated product pricing project that delivered so well it brought in an unplanned $2 million in revenue two years in a row becoming the approach for all other regions. Jeanine structured project plans for The Gut Stuff so they could shift from an informal start up to a revenue focused business entity.
Jeanine has a special focus on leveraging technology, controlling costs and meeting business goals. She is a commercially driven, operationally focused individual who keeps revenue and profit targets at the forefront for sustained business growth. She understands the nuts and bolts of technology and the processes used to create business growth.
Jeanine has excellent interpersonal and influencing skills. She has worked on mergers and acquisitions, customer and product migrations, outsourcing / offshoring and customer experience projects. Jeanine is currently directing a portfolio of Programme and Business Operations Management consulting projects for a range of non-profit and start up business clients.
Jeanine has a unique background in the arts, technology and corporate business and is passionate about diversity and inclusion at the workplace. She is an active board member and trustee of multiple not-for-profit organisations. She grew up in New York and has been in London for over a decade. She worked within financial news and services for 15 years at Thomson Reuters and holds a Bachelors degree in Fine Art and a Masters degree in IT Information Systems Management.
